We provide one time general service for all types of air-conditioning systems.

1. Clean and wash air filters and air conditioner's outer panel
2. Clean and vacuum drain pipe and drip tray
3. Clean condenser coil & evaporator coil
4. Check for refrigerant leakage in system *if necessary
5. Check refrigerant operation pressure and oil level
6. Check and comb all dented fins of coil *if necessary
7. Check motor's operating current ampere and protection devices
8. Check lubricated components of the system and replenish with oil/ grease *if necessary
9. Inspect fan belts and pulley (if any) and adjust belt's tension *if necessary
10. Inspect and adjust thermostat, safety control, automatic control and record all control settings
11. Clean electrical control panel and tighten all screws
12. Check all anti-vibration for deterioration of rubber and springs
13. Apply anti- rust paint to all rusty metal and screws *if necessary
14. Clean supply and fan casing and fan motor

We provide yearly contract maintenance service for both residential and commercial units. Our yearly contract service frequency includes monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly basis.
